packing. Please give us your complete street address with Postcode UPS will deliver to
your door step.
All prices shown exclude V.A.T.17.5%.
V.A.T will be added to your order except for books . All European Union customers have to pay
this unless you are a retail account with a valid resale certificate and your
V.A.T. number on file.
None EU customers are not liable for V.A.T. Non EU customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties payable on the goods arrival. (contact your local customs if in doubt about this as regulations vary from country to country)

Delivery times:
UK regulations allow the supplier thirty days to dispatch goods. However, we aim to send your goods
next day after receiving the order if its with in U.K. Out side U.K. within
5 days of receiving your order. If an item is out of stock, we will e-mail you with an estimated delivery time giving you the option to cancel if the delay is unacceptable. An item not in stock can take 6-12 weeks.

Payment options:
You may pay by Visa, Mastercard or Switch cards (in the U.K.). Company or personal cheque
(in pounds only) are acceptable with a printed order, but we may have to wait for your cheque to clear our bank prior to shipping. Make cheque payable to
JAS Musicals Ltd. Please send cheques including delivery charges.
Institutions (schools etc) can send their order with their official order form to receive the goods with an invoice. You
can also order by Phone, Email or by Fax
But please do not send cash in the mail with your order.

All payments for foreign customers will be accepted in
U.K. pounds only via credit card, an International Money Order or they can wire

Exchange rates:
There is a currency converter
in our products page you can calculate the price in your local currency. The actual amount debited from your card will depend on the exchange rate at the time we process the payment.
Returns Procedure:
All mail-order goods are subject to a seven-day approval period starting the day after the goods are received. They may be returned within this period for a full refund, minus any postage and packing costs. Refunds can only be given within this period.
